None of it is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.

We do not know your financial position, objectives, tax situation or risk tolerance, and nothing in the Service is tailored to them. An alert firing means only that a condition you defined was met. It is not a signal to act, and it carries no opinion from us about what you should do next.

Prices for crypto, stocks, forex, precious metals and oil are obtained from third-party data providers and exchanges. We do not produce this data and cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current.

Always confirm a price with your broker or exchange before acting on it.

DoneRoad scans the markets on a schedule and sends notifications through networks we do not control — Telegram, email providers and push services. An alert may arrive late, arrive more than once, or not arrive at all, for reasons including scheduled maintenance, provider outages, spam filtering, rate limits, a disconnected Telegram account, or a device that is offline.

You choose which assets to watch, which conditions to set, and what to do when a condition is met. You are solely responsible for those choices and for any resulting gain or loss. No fiduciary, advisory or brokerage relationship is created by using the Service.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of DoneRoad, and the activity you use it for, is lawful where you live. Availability of an asset in DoneRoad is not a statement that trading it is permitted in your jurisdiction.

Historical prices, past price changes and your own alert history describe what has already happened. They are not a prediction and not a guarantee of any future result. We make no representation that using DoneRoad will be profitable or will avoid losses.

DoneRoad does not execute trades, place orders, hold funds or custody assets, and it is not registered as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution in any jurisdiction. We will never ask you for exchange API keys with trading or withdrawal permission.

Features, supported assets, scan frequency and notification channels may change, be limited, or be withdrawn while the Service is in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; the warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service apply in full and are not repeated here.
