How is the USDT P2P rate calculated?
The USDT P2P rate on this page is the midpoint of two medians taken from the Binance P2P order book once a minute: the median of the first 20 buy ads and the median of the first 20 sell ads for each currency. Using the median rather than the best ad keeps a single bait price at either end from moving the number.
The official rate is the US dollar exchange rate DoneRoad reads from currency-api for the same currency.
The P2P premium is how far the P2P price of one USDT sits above (or below) one US dollar at that
official rate: (P2P rate ÷ official rate − 1) × 100. It treats one USDT as one dollar, which it tracks
to within a fraction of a percent.
How do I get an alert when a USDT P2P rate moves?

No. It is a median of advertised prices. The ad you trade on can be better or worse, and sellers set their own limits and payment methods.
Why is my country missing?
Binance P2P only returns ads for markets reachable from the region DoneRoad's servers run in. A currency with no ads is hidden instead of shown with a stale price.
How often does the table update?
P2P prices are read every minute. The page itself can be up to a minute behind that.
